These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Storymoji ("the app"), a daily emoji story game. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The game

Each day the app shows the same set of emojis to every player. You write a short story inspired by those emojis, either on your own ("Today's Story") or with friends in a live "Game Night" round. There's no account registration — you play anonymously.

Your content

• You're responsible for what you write. Don't submit anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing on someone else's rights.
• The app runs a basic automated filter on submitted text and lets players report a story they find offensive. Reported or flagged content may be hidden or removed without notice.
• By submitting a story, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it to other players within the app (e.g. in "Yesterday's Best" or shared story cards). You retain ownership of what you write.

Game Night conduct

Game Night rooms are meant for friends playing together. Don't use display names or submissions that are impersonating, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. Hosts and players can be removed from a room for violating these Terms.

In-app purchases

The daily solo puzzle, the shared story feed, and Game Night are free to play and always will be. Storymoji also offers optional expansion packs — permanent, one-time unlocks that add themed emoji you can use when hosting a Game Night round. Packs never affect the daily puzzle or Build mode, and nothing is ever required to keep a streak or play the core game. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy; purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's own refund policies.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
